Getting Started

To sign up for Employer Online Reporting and use the blue Login button to the right, please have your company’s authorized individual complete the following documents and email them to

1. ERSS Terms of Use  
2. ERSS Request New User  
3. Employer Authorization for Direct Deposit Payment via ACH Debit

Once received, a Trust Fund representative will reach out to you and walk you through the electronic reporting process so you won’t have to figure it out on your own.  We are here to help!

Setup or Deactivate User Accounts

You must always keep User accounts up to date. Each authorized user must have their own login credentials to report and make payments online. To request a new user login, your company’s authorized individual must compete the Request a New User form. If a user is no longer authorized to report and make payments online for your account, please complete the Deactivate User form.
