Online Reporting & Payments

To avoid delays in the posting of your employee's benefits we strongly encourage you to use online reporting and electronically submit your monthly reports, weekly 401(k) reports and payments via the Employer portal.

To sign up, please have your company’s authorized individual complete the following documents and email them to employerservices@carpenterfunds.com:

2. ERSS Request New User

3. Employer Authorization for Direct Deposit Payment via ACH Debit

Once received, a Trust Fund representative will reach out to you and walk you through the electronic reporting process so you won’t have to figure it out on your own.  We are here to help!

Submitting Reports & Payments

If you are currently unable to submit reports and payments online, you must send your paper report and payment directly to the Carpenters Trust Fund Lockbox:

NOTE:   Sending completed reports and payments directly to the Trust Fund Office in Oakland will delay your employee’s eligibility and access to benefits. Please mail forms directly to the lockbox address above.
