Online Reporting & Payments

To avoid delays in the posting of your employee's benefits we strongly encourage you to use online reporting and electronically submit your monthly reports, weekly 401(k) reports and payments via the Employer portal.

To sign up, please have your company’s authorized individual complete the following documents and email them to

2. ERSS Request New User

3. Employer Authorization for Direct Deposit Payment via ACH Debit

Once received, a Trust Fund representative will reach out to you and walk you through the electronic reporting process so you won’t have to figure it out on your own.  We are here to help!
